2月19日-21日，2025東京國際二次電池展（BATTERY JAPAN）在日本東京有明國際展覽中心舉行。尚水智能參展BATTERY JAPAN圓滿收官！
The 2025 BATTERY JAPAN was held from February 19th to 21st at Tokyo Big Sight in Japan. Shangshui concluded a successful showcase at BATTERY JAPAN!
展會現場，除了可適配實驗室研究或小規模生產使用的實驗型智能裝備，尚水智能還展示了“混合—纖維化—自支撐膜收卷—輥壓覆膜”干法電極技術路線。
At the exhibition，in addition to experimental intelligent equipment suitable for laboratory research or small-scale production, Shangshui also showcased the dry electrode technology route of "mixing—fiberization—self-supporting film winding—rolling and laminating."
其中，為實現粉料的均勻混合與包覆，尚水智能推出的雙傳動包覆機等設備可實現低溫高線速混合；采用雙螺桿等對材料進行剪切的雙螺桿擠出機可均勻穩定控制PTFE纖維化；集多種功能于一體的多級輥壓覆膜一體機可實現自支撐膜成型收卷、單面或雙面覆膜以及雙面極片壓實等功能。
Among them, to achieve uniform mixing and coating of powders, equipment such as the Dual-drive Coating Machine launched by Shangshui enables low-temperature and high-speed mixing. The Twin-screw Extruder, which utilizes twin-screw mechanisms and other materials for shearing, ensures uniform and stable control of PTFE fibrillation. Additionally, the Multi-stage Calendering & Laminating Integrated Machine, which integrates multiple functions, facilitates self-supporting film forming and winding, single-sided or double-sided laminating, and double-sided electrode compaction.
