組成的粉碎室座在機架上，粉碎轉子由電動機通過傳動帶直接驅動，當物料在投料口進入后，在轉子上受粉碎刀高速旋轉產生的離心力的作用下，對物料進行劇烈的沖擊，并受定刀的阻擊后進行碰撞、摩擦、擠壓而粉碎。粉碎后物料的細度由腔體下部的篩網來控制，過大的顆粒不能通過篩網，在腔體內繼續旋轉，再次被刀粉碎，直至到了一定的細度后過篩，在下料口排出。
This machine consists of airframe, rotor and support, grinding rotor is driven by the motor through transmission belt, after materials got into, under the action of centrifugal force which formed by high speed grinding knives, dramatic impact on materials, and be collision blocking, rubbing, squeezing and crushing by the fixed blades. The fineness subjected by the screen of the lower chamber, bigger powder than the apertures of the screen can’t pass, return chamber to regrind, discharged from the discharge port until the fineness can be up to the apertures of the screen.
